The mission of the Outdoor Safety Institute is to promote outdoor activities by providing outdoor education and recreation providers with safety, liability and program management solutions and educating the public about outdoor safety.

OSI’s services assist organizations in managing risk from field safety, management, legal, medical, and insurance perspectives. Our proactive consulting approach for adventure, outdoor, backcountry and wilderness programs can prevent incidents and address liability concerns.
