Rescuers Question $7,000 Bill

Volunteer rescuers with New Hampshire's Mountain Rescue Service (MRS) are asking why a woman they helped to rescue was charged $7,000 for rescue services. The law allowing for rescue costs to be recouped in this manner was intended for negligent outdoorspeople.
