Louis Garneau recalls aerodynamic bicycle helmets due to injury hazard. In cold temperatures, the helmet can fail to protect from impact injuries. Helmets involved have model number 1405362 and the manufacture date "Jan. 2014" on a sticker inside the helmet. Recalled helmets should be returned for refund or replacement.

OSI's director Alex Kosseff will present his workshop, "10 Steps to Better Risk Management," at the 2nd Annual Midwest Risk Management Symposium. NRS Chaos Side Cut Helmets have faulty rivets connecting the chin strap to the helmet. Under pressure, the rivets can fail, causing the the chinstrap to disengage from the helmet. Only helmets with the Boa dial-fit retention harness are affected and should be returned to NRS for refund, replacement or credit.
