Marker & Kastle 12.0 Binding Recall

Marker 12.0 TC Comp EPS BindingMarker Volkl USA & Kastle have recalled a limited number of 2010 ski bindings.

The company states: "This recall is limited to 2010-2011 models with Twin Cam heel and a maximum release/retention setting of 12.0. Sales of some models of recalled bindings began in January 2010, but others were not sold until July 2010."

The reason for the recall is that "These bindings are being recalled because the steel springs in the heel pieces of some bindings may crack or break, resulting in reduced release/retention settings."
